Friday the 16th

On Friday in class we took the North Korea quiz. I studied really hard for this but I didn't think it was as easy as I thought it was going to be. This is frustrating right at the end of the quater but hopefully my class participation grade willbe high enough to take care of a not so good quiz grade. Also, this last blogging grade will help as well. This is my last blog!!!

January 13

Today in class we finsished the movie on North Korea. Towards the end of this movie, they gave us a loook into the life of someone who snuck out in South Korea. His friend that snuck out with him was killed by the electrick fence, but he survived and when caught by one other country, they asked where his family was in order for him to be alone, he said "I would rather not say". Then they let us have a look at the people who had their eyes opperated on and when they had the bandages taken off three weeks after surgery the first thing they said was how the surgery was possible because of their great leader and they would bow infront of their great leader and show their appreciation for him. Now our test is on Friday and I am hoping to do very well on it because I have been studying very hard.

Today in class we watched more of the North Korea movie. The main two things i wrote down were : In 2006 40% of the kids in North Korea were malnourished juche - the attitude that they have the justifies them being self reliant from the rest of the world, they don’t need anyones help.

Today in class we watched a movie about North Korea. This movie showed us how much freedom that the US has in comparison to North Korea and how they really worship their leader. They have no freedom and they hate Americans. They have hated us since the Korean War.
